Job summary

Bupa UK in Wilmslow are seeking a Receptionist for Hazelmere House Care Home. The role runs Fridays to Sundays, 9am–5pm, on a permanent part-time basis.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage new enquiries, and provide face-to-face and phone support to residents and families. Ideal candidates will have prior receptionist experience, a friendly, approachable manner, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Receptionist experience preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
• Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries.
• Providing advice and support face to face and over the phone.
• Conducting show-arounds within the care home.
• Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing.
• Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed.
