Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Stonehaven is looking for caring individuals to join our #TeamPollaine on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) with flexible relief roles. You’ll help two gentlemen in their shared home with daily tasks, meals, money management and outings, promoting independence and wellbeing.

We provide robust training and fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7), PVG and yearly SSSC fees, plus additional sleepover payments.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of autism and routines is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work with a supportive team.
• Commitment to completing required training and SVQ pathway.

Responsibilities

• Help with cooking, shopping and housework.
• Assist with money management and medication routines.
• Support personal care and daily routines.
• Encourage activities and outings in the local community.
• Adapt to rotating shift patterns including sleepovers.
