Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking caring individuals to join the Team Angus in Portlethen as Support Practitioners. Roles include part-time and full-time positions with training supported and funds for SVQ Level 6/7. Sleepover payments provide additional earnings.

You’ll support seven individuals with daily living, finances, meals, appointments and activities, while building meaningful relationships and encouraging independence in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in caring, support or similar role.
• Full training provided and SVQ funded.
• Willingness to learn and develop in social care.

Responsibilities

• Support seven individuals to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with shopping, finances, meals, appointments and daily living tasks.
• Support personal care and social activities.
• Follow routines, procedures and guidelines within the service.
