Job summary

Cornerstone in Kinross is seeking a caring support worker to help a young lady live independently and enjoy activities she loves. Full training is provided, including an SVQ qualification funded by the employer, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care.

You’ll assist with everyday tasks, socialising and community outings, in a role where no prior care experience is required but your values matter. A sleepover shift and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Support an amazing young lady to live independently and enjoy the things she loves.
• Help with everyday life, socialising, hobbies and getting out into the community.
• Engage in activities like walks, gardening, knitting, music, shopping and chats.
• Provide role modelling, companionship and practical assistance during shifts.
