Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Inverbervie is hiring for a part-time position to support three individuals with physical and learning disabilities in their shared home. You’ll be trained, funded SVQ (SCQF 6/7), and supported to grow in your role.

No prior experience is required; we value values and transferable skills and offer training and SSSC registration funding. Driving for this role is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate attitude and teamwork.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a support role.
• Confidence using computers and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living, meals, personal care and finances.
• Assist with hobbies, outings and community access.
• Participate in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups and SVQ training.
