Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking caring and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, helping residents live with dignity, independence and happiness every day. You’ll provide high-quality physical, emotional and social support, from personal care to companionship, in a luxury home setting.

We offer induction training, DBS support, a refer-a-friend scheme and development opportunities. Roles include Part Time Earlies with a rolling rota to ensure a supportive team and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs.
• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage and assist residents to participate in activities and hobbies that enhance wellbeing.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and promptly report concerns with accurate care records.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Support residents to attend appointments and outings as required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, including light housekeeping.
• Work with colleagues to foster a positive, supportive atmosphere in the home.
• Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and related legislation.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager.
