Crystal Care Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide high-quality physical, emotional and social support to residents. You will help residents maintain independence while ensuring they feel safe, respected and valued.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, activities and companionship, with a rolling rota of three shifts on, followed by three off. Training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive team environment.

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs.
• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage and assist residents to participate in activities and hobbies that enhance wellbeing.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and promptly report concerns; maintain accurate care records.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
• Assist residents to attend appointments and outings as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, including light housekeeping and bedroom preparation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, supportive and caring atmosphere.
• Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and related legislation.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager.
