Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships, provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities to enhance wellbeing.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and maintain accurate care records.
• Respect confidentiality of all resident information at all times.
• Assist residents to attend appointments and outings as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment with light housekeeping.
