Crystal Care Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide high-quality physical, emotional and social support to our residents, helping them maintain independence while feeling safe and valued.

You will work a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off, with part-time Earlies and bank contracts available. Full induction training and DBS check are provided.

• Previous care experience is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs.
• Support with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration while promoting independence.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage participation in activities and hobbies to enhance wellbeing.
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns, maintaining care records.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.
• Assist residents to attend appointments and outings as required.
• Assist with light housekeeping and bedroom preparation to keep the home welcoming.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, caring atmosphere.
