Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking Care Assistants to deliver high-quality personal care to residents in and around Worthing. You will help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and daily living activities, always respecting residents' dignity and promoting independence.

Role includes daily/nightly checks, dining support, activity engagement, and accurate record-keeping. Flexible shifts, weekly pay, holiday pay, and DBS support are available to fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, dressing and toileting with dignity.
• Daily and nightly resident checks and monitoring.
• Escorting to dining hall, assisting with feeding and setting tables.
• Promoting person-centred care and independence.
• Encouraging residents’ participation in activities and community.
• Recording daily logbooks and monitoring food and fluid intake.
• Assisting with laundry, light cleaning and other domestic tasks.

Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, and toileting residents

Daily and nightly checks

Promoting Person Centred Care, whilst respecting your residents with dignity

Promoting independence and support to residents

Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, providing assistance with feeding

Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the home's community

Recording of resident's daily logbooks and food/fluid intake

Supporting the home with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks
