The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, and able to perform technical maintenance tasks. A current driving licence and prior experience in construction or maintenance are desirable, with staff-benefits and safeguarding

• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Current, clean driving licence.
• Sound track record in maintenance or related area.

Responsibilities

• Provide general Estate Caretaker / Handyman functions as per responsibilities.
