Job summary

National Trust is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Services Co-ordinator to join Rowallane Garden in Ballynahinch. The role supports day-to-day operations, maintains efficient systems, and assists with travel across the County Down property group.

Part-time, 30 hours, permanent, salary £22,089 pro rata (£26,712 FTE). You will work with volunteers and staff to deliver high standards of service and presentation for visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing business support with responsibility for facilities or office supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Flexible and people-focused; able to manage priorities and workload.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and be the first point of contact for colleagues, volunteers and external partners visiting the office.
• Maintain efficient systems and processes and advocate best practice; challenge existing ways of working when opportunities for improvement arise.
• Contribute to a welcoming, well-presented environment for visitors and staff across the property group.
