Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Brow and Beauty Expert for its Sephora Cardiff counter. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets and performing brow services such as waxing and tinting.

You will collaborate with the team, support promotions and maintain a pristine counter environment that reflects the brand. You should be dynamic, sales-driven, with a passion for makeup and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, sales-driven personality.
• Passion for make-up and retail with drive to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals.
• Provide brow services including waxing, tinting, and tweezing.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support promotions, events & sales opportunities in-store and at external events.
• Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with counter administration.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
