Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics in Sheffield is looking for a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert (30 hours per week) to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences at Sephora Meadowhall. You'll demonstrate products, provide brow services, and collaborate with the team to meet counter targets, promotions, and events while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming counter environment.

Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods.
• Minimum 4 years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Sales goals and targets: consistently achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Brow services: provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing to encourage repeat appointments.
• Teamwork: collaborate with staff to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and events: support in-store and external events to promote products.
• Sales tracking and administration: complete worksheets to monitor performance and assist management.
• Hygiene and brand image: maintain a clean counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
