Benefit Cosmetics in Birmingham is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to connect with customers at the Sephora counter. You will perform brow services and promote products to drive sales while delivering a high standard of customer care.

The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality. Expect training and opportunities to grow within a leading eyebrow brand.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion sales success.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales goals and exceed targets.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to generate service revenue.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
• Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist counter management.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
