Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert for our Sephora Bristol counter. You will help customers discover their perfect brows and makeup while consistently hitting sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

You\'ll perform brow services, maintain counter standards, and collaborate with the team to maximise sales, promotions and events. Weekend availability and flexibility are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, sales-driven professional.
• Passion for makeup and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Results-oriented and enjoys a challenge.
• Aim to deliver unique customer experiences that drive loyalty.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and holidays.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality with a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store, external and charity events to promote products.
• Complete daily/weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist management.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays upholding brand standards.
