Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience is essential.
• Experience using Xero is required.
• Practice experience is preferred.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients is advantageous.
• Strong VAT and bank reconciliation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bookkeeping for a portfolio of external clients.
• Post and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Answer client queries via email, phone and in person.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage workload and meet deadlines.
