Qualifications

• Experience preparing VAT returns and management accounts.
• Proficient with Xero accounting software.
• Available to work part-time (~15 hours/week) in the office.
• Accurate and organized with ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process bills, invoices and payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns, including reverse charge VAT.
• Produce monthly management accounts with prepayments and accruals.
• Support month-end close and keep accurate records.
• Assist with credit control and supplier queries.
• Update reports and spreadsheets tracking budgets and cash flow.
• Opportunity to assist with forecasting if experienced.
