Job summary

Dove & Hawk is seeking a Part Time Block Manager to oversee two blocks in Kent. The role is 1 day per week with a pay rate of £15-£18 per hour PAYE. You will manage service charges, maintenance, and portfolio visits, building long-term client relationships while staying highly organized and detail-focused.

The ideal candidate has block management experience, excellent communication, and strong IT and administration skills to support the team and drive portfolio improvements.

My client, a family run estate agent are looking for a Part Time Block Manager to assist the team in looking after 2 blocks in Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a flexible role that still has the scope to grow in the future!

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Full management of assigned portfolio


• Preparing and managing service charge budgets


• Managing planned maintenance


• Regular property visits


• Continuous improvement of portfolio
