Job summary

Clarins Group in Glasgow’s JLP Spa is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver treatments and provide exceptional client care. You will develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales during visits and counter promotions.

You will promote brand differentiators and ingredient stories while maintaining high hygiene standards and delivering personalised homecare advice. Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ 2 & 3 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Experience in hands-on beauty or retail with strong customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional treatments with high standards per Clarins (UK) Ltd guidelines.
• Promote brand differentiation and homecare products to boost sales.
• Foster customer loyalty and create retail theatre aligned with the brand journey.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in treatment rooms, reception and laundry areas.
