Job summary

Clarins Group in Leicester is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our spa on a part-time basis (19.1 hrs/wk). You will deliver professional treatments and outstanding client care while engaging customers in our skincare brand journey and boosting product sales.

You will develop skincare conversations, promote homecare links, and drive loyalty. NVQ 2/3 or equivalent is required, with weekend/evening shifts and a strong customer-service mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for skincare and beauty with excellent customer service mindset.
• NVQ 2/3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent required.
• Experience in hands-on beauty or retail with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional treatments and high standard of customer care.
• Promote brand story and link with homecare products to boost sales.
• Focus on customer loyalty and drive retail theatre to attract customers.
• Maintain hygiene standards in treatment room, reception and laundry areas.
• Be confident to handle selling challenges and upsell effectively.
