Eastlands Venue Services Limited at Medlock Square in Manchester is seeking a Bartender (Casual) to deliver great drinks and friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Bar Service
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and soft drinks
• Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
• Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation
• Ensure correct bar setup and close-down procedures
• Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety standards at all times
• Use equipment safely and correctly
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service
• Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required
• Be flexible and supportive during event and high-volume shifts
