YOTEL Manchester Deansgate MOTLEY is seeking a Bar Crew member to join our lively venue. You will deliver drinks and hospitality to hotel guests and locals, working with the Bar Supervisor and F&B team to maintain a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficient operation, and a welcoming atmosphere. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with staff discounts and development opportunities at MOTLEY.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits or willingness to learn.
• Friendly, confident and professional guest service approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using POS/till systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and friendly customer service at the bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages to a high standard.
• Take guest orders, process payments and operate the till accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
• Assist with stock replenishment and communicate low stock levels to supervisors.
• Follow correct opening, closing and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety.
• Follow licensing requirements and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations from our drinks menu.
• Work closely with the wider F&B team to ensure smooth service.
• Help create the fun, relaxed atmosphere MOTLEY is known for.
