South West Recruitment Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a part-time Telesales Executive to generate B2B opportunities and build a local sales pipeline. You will speak with companies across Dorset and Hampshire, using a bespoke CRM to identify recruitment needs and create new business.

The role offers a friendly environment with a straightforward, non-scripted sales approach, and strong earning potential via commission. Monday to Friday 9:30am–2:30pm, with full-time hours available if preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in B2B telesales.
• Proactive and methodical in approach.
• Experience in B2B relationship building.
• Strong sales closing skills with excellent customer service.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and understand needs.

Responsabilidades

• Generate B2B telesales opportunities and build sales pipeline.

• Create site visits and identify recruitment solutions for clients.
