Job summary

Complii is seeking a Part Time Central Services Advisor to join the team in Bicester. You will drive cold calling, manage CRM leads, arrange site surveys for Business Development Managers, and handle inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

The role is office-based in Bicester with an hourly rate of £15.00 and a performance bonus, and offers 25 days holiday pro rata, a company pension, and a birthday day off. 9am-3pm is preferred, with flexibility to 8–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and resilience in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to build a pipeline of warm leads and set appointments.
• Arrange site surveys and meetings for Business Development Managers; email information to prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales administration tasks.
• Handle website leads and follow up with prospective clients promptly.
