Job summary

Intersafe in Southampton is seeking a Part-Time Central Services Advisor to join our expanding team. Working Monday to Thursday, 9am-2pm (20 hours/week), with optional extra hours.

The role focuses on starting conversations, building rapport, and creating opportunities through CRM-driven outreach and sales support. You will contact businesses, arrange site surveys, manage website leads, and support Business Development Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and engage with prospective clients from a CRM-based pipeline.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for records and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses from the CRM to build a warm leads pipeline and hit weekly targets.
• Arrange site surveys and meetings for Business Development Managers.
