Job summary

Masstemps Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a confident Part-Time Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to drive new business for our recruitment services. The role is office-based, 30 hours per week, with a competitive basic salary plus uncapped bonus, and training to support your success.

You will reach out to prospective clients, build relationships with owners and HR managers, and identify recruitment needs across industries, aiming to grow Masstemps' client base and achieve set

Qualifications

Experience in telesales or outbound sales and business development.
Ability to set appointments and develop relationships with clients.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients.
Build rapport with business owners, HR teams and hiring managers.
Identify recruitment needs across industries.
Schedule appointments for Recruitment Consultants.
Research local businesses to identify potential clients.
Follow up on warm leads and previous enquiries.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Achieve targets for calls and appointments.
Represent Masstemps professionally at all times.
