Job summary

Signature Aviation Limited in Luton is seeking an Airside Experience Associate on a part-time contract (24 hours per week). You will work with the Guest Experience team to deliver a seamless, world-class experience from arrival to departure, with exposure to front-of-house hospitality and airside operations.

Based at the FOH area, you will provide curbside assistance, help with baggage handling and coordinate services such as ground power, catering, and aircraft movements, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with right to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug and alcohol tests.
• flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Provide curbside assistance to guests arriving at the FBO.
• Safely load and unload baggage and assist guests and aircraft crew.
• Support airside services including chocking, wing walking, ground power, potable water, and catering coordination.
• Assist with aircraft movements and towing and operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure FBO environment and report unsafe conditions.
