London Southend Airport is looking for a friendly Surface Access Assistant to help passengers with car parks, rail station access and information needs, delivering a seamless, quick and courteous experience.

You will assist customers face to face, over the phone, via email and intercom, update notice boards, operate gates, monitor CCTV and support the wider team across diverse shifts, including early mornings, nights and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
