As a Fueler, you’ll be responsible for refuelling aircraft in line with strict industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate delivery of aviation fuel at all times. This includes receiving and maintaining fuel to agreed specifications, carrying out daily vehicle checks and quality control procedures, and reporting any defects. You’ll also support aircraft arrival and departure processes, assist with basic Flightline duties, and help maintain excellent on-time performance for customers and crew.
Working as part of a wider Airside team, you’ll build strong working relationships with colleagues, airport operations and third-party suppliers, always maintaining a professional approach. The role also involves assisting crew, passengers and other stakeholders where needed, contributing to the smooth running of the operation. There may be opportunities to step in for the Fuel Supervisor when required, helping to ensure effective 24-hour coverage.

You’ll be expected to follow all HS&E policies, carry out your duties in the safest possible manner, and take an active role in learning and applying safe working practices. This includes reporting all incidents, near misses or hazards promptly, understanding your own limitations, and contributing to a culture that prioritises safety, compliance and environmental protection.
