Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Security Officer for its Luton FBO. The role involves monitoring access control, screening passengers and items, and ensuring NASP standards are met. You will support the Airside team with procedures and help escort crew and visitors as part of the customer journey.

We offer both full-time and part-time fixed-term positions, with a salary from £29k per annum. Flexible start times apply; DBS/CTC clearance and colour perception testing are essential requirements for

Qualifications

• DBS/CTC clearance or eligible to obtain one.
• Colour perception test to use colour X-ray equipment.
• Level 1 / Aviation GSO certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain access control and car parking on-site.
• Check identification and travel documents for passengers, staff and airport users.
• Screen passengers, belongings, items and vehicles to NASP standards.
• Resolve or escalate access alarms or system failures and assist enquiries.
• Support Airside and Customer Service teams, escorting visitors landside and airside.
