Signature Aviation Limited is recruiting a Guest Experience Specialist for Heathrow FBO. This part-time, permanent role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences from reservation to departure, handling bookings via Signet, and coordinating with flight crews and stakeholders.

The position requires 18+ years, UK work rights, a valid UK driving licence, and proficiency with MS Office. Training will be provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks (criminal and motor).
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence.
• IT-literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in front-of-house or aviation hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations at the base and provide exceptional guest experience.
• Handle guest reservations via Signet and monitor Outlook and Signet inboxes.
• Coordinate with flight crews and internal stakeholders to relay service details.
