Job summary

Helen & Douglas House in Chesham is seeking an Assistant Manager for a 15-hour-per-week role. You will join a busy shop, work with paid staff and volunteers, process donations, merchandise stock and provide superb customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, High Street Retail or Charity Retail.
• Good eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage volunteer teams.
• Flexibility with weekend work and 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and merchandising stock on the shop floor.
