Holy Trinity C of E Primary School in Halstead is seeking an Assistant SENCO to join our caring, inclusive one-form-entry school. You will work with the SENCO, headteacher and staff to coordinate provision for pupils with SEND and strengthen inclusive classroom practice.

We value warmth, patience and collaboration; you will support planning, delivery and review of effective provision, and build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Passion for inclusion and ambition for every child.
• Experience supporting primary pupils with SEND.
• Understands adaptive teaching and removing barriers to learning.
• Able to support staff in planning, delivering and reviewing provision.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate provision for pupils with SEND with SENCO and staff.
• Strengthen inclusive classroom practice and partnerships with families.
• Support staff in planning, delivery and reviewing effective provision.
• Work in a classroom with various complex needs.
