Job summary

Holy Trinity C of E Primary School in Halstead is seeking an Assistant SENCO to join our caring, inclusive one-form-entry school. You will work with the SENCO, headteacher and staff to coordinate provision for pupils with SEND and strengthen inclusive classroom practice.

We value warmth, patience and collaboration; you will support planning, delivery and review of effective provision, and build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

Holy Trinity C of E Primary School, Halstead

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and skilled Assistant SENCO to join our warm and inclusive one-form-entry primary school. Our school includes a successful and evolving specialist centre for children with complex needs. Rooted in our Christian values of love, honesty and respect, we place children and their individual needs at the heart of everything we do.

Working closely with our SENCO, headteacher and staff team, you will help coordinate provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, strengthen inclusive classroom practice and build positive partnerships with families and external professionals.

We are looking for someone who

Desirable: SENCO qualification and experience with the use of Widgit and the Equals Curriculum
