Job summary

The Odd Bottle, part of Mitchells & Butler, is recruiting a Part Time Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, be the Duty Manager when the GM is away, and help deliver service that makes guests feel welcome. Great progression opportunities and extensive staff discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
