Job summary

Toby Carvery in Carmarthen is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You will mentor staff, train the team, and role-model high standards of service while driving a culture that makes guests feel welcome.
