Job summary

Remarkable Group's Sundial therapy service is seeking an Art Therapist (part time) to support autistic young people. The role is 2 days per week (15 hours) on a fixed-term contract to 31 August 2027, term-time plus insets.

You will contribute to assessment, individual and group activities to support wellbeing and emotional regulation, with experience of autism or learning disabilities preferred. The organisation offers a pension and staff wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Art Therapist with registration/eligibility to practise in the UK.
• Experience working with autistic individuals or learners with disabilities is desirable.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and safeguarding.
• Experience in education, health or care settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support wellbeing and emotional regulation.
• Facilitate 1:1 and group art therapy sessions.
• Work with Sundial staff to develop client-centred plans.
• Contribute to safeguarding and high-quality care for young people.
