University Hospital Crosshouse is recruiting an AHP Practice Education Lead to work across NHS Ayrshire and Arran, NHS Education Scotland and the wider practice education network in Scotland. You will help deliver the national work programme and foster a sustainable, high-quality learning environment for Allied Health Professional staff, students and practicing colleagues.

The role requires HCPC registration, a master's level qualification or equivalent, and proven experience in practice-based

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and practising Allied Health Professional status.
• Experience delivering practice-based learning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the national work programme across Scotland.
• Foster a sustainable quality learning environment for AHP staff and students.
• Collaborate with NHS Ayrshire and Arran, NES and the wider education network.
