UHNM is seeking an enthusiastic Allied Health Professional to lead and develop the AHP preceptorship programme for newly registered staff, return-to-practice, and internationally recruited AHPs. You will work with Education teams, AHP Leads, and HR to align practice with national standards and competency frameworks.

Qualifications

• Lead on the Trust's AHP Preceptorship programme for newly registered staff, return to practice, internationally recruited AHPs and other practitioners.
• Advise on educational opportunities and assist AHPs in developing themselves per development plans.
• Develop and coordinate planned educational programmes for all AHPs and support quality learning environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the AHP preceptorship programme, aligning it with national standards and competency frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR, AHP Leads, Nursing & Midwifery preceptorship leads and senior clinical staff to plan development across the Trust.
• Ensure documentation and data are maintained for preceptorship activities and outcomes.
