Job summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting an Allied Health Professional Preceptorship Lead (Band 7). You will lead and develop a Trust-wide AHP preceptorship programme, supporting newly qualified staff through transition to practice and aligning with national standards.

• Evidence of leadership and education experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust's AHP Preceptorship programme for newly registered staff and returners.
• Coordinate and quality assure AHP preceptorship across multiple sites.
• Develop and embed a multiprofessional preceptorship model aligned to national standards.
• Collaborate with HR, AHP Leads, and education teams to plan and review preceptorship development.
• Provide education input and develop learning opportunities for AHP staff across the Trust.
