Job summary

NHS Scotland is recruiting an AHP Practice Education Lead based at University Hospital Crosshouse. You will work with colleagues across NHS Ayrshire and Arran, NHS Education Scotland and the wider practice education network to deliver the national work programme and foster a sustainable, high‑quality learning environment for Allied Health Professionals.

The role requires HCPC registration, a master’s degree or equivalent, and a track record of driving quality improvement and CPD.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional registered with HCPC.
• Master’s degree level or equivalent with CPD evidence.
• Experience delivering quality improvement and facilitating learning.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of national work programme for AHP education.
• Foster a sustainable, high-quality learning environment for AHP staff, students, support workers and return-to-practice colleagues.
• Collaborate with NHS Ayrshire and Arran, NHS Education Scotland and broader networks.
