Job summary

Grazeley Parochial CE Primary School's After School Club is seeking a Part Time Wrap Around Care Supervisor to lead the team, oversee activities and ensure safe, high-quality play.

Working Monday and Friday 2:45pm–6:15pm with planning time, you will manage playworkers, monitor budgets, uphold safeguarding, and liaise with parents and school staff to deliver positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Playwork/Early Years/Childcare or equivalent (after school club only)
• GCSE English and Mathematics minimum Grade C
• Food Hygiene Level 2 required

Responsibilities

• Supervise the running of the Club and plan managerial tasks before Club
• Lead by example to maintain high standards for children
• Manage a small team of playworkers with adequate supervision
• Organise cover staff in case of sickness or absence
• Direct playworkers to carry out activities and tasks
• Audit club resources and manage food stock with Directors
