Job summary

Let's Educate is seeking Wrap Around Club Assistants to join a local school in Fairford, Gloucestershire. Roles cover Breakfast Club (7:45am–8:45am) and After School Club (3:15pm–5:30pm), with options for mornings, afternoons or both.

You will help provide a safe, nurturing environment for children before and after the school day, welcoming families, guiding activities and supporting healthy snacks.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Caring, patient, approachable and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Understanding safeguarding and children's welfare.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming children and families in a friendly and positive manner.
• Supervising children and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Supporting fun, creative and age-appropriate activities.
• Assisting with breakfast and after-school snacks.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, independence and friendships.
• Ensuring all children feel included, happy and supported.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment.
• Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the clubs.
