The Queen’s School is seeking an enthusiastic after-school club supervisor to join our Lower School team. You will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where pupils can develop confidence, make friends and enjoy a wide range of enriching activities after the classroom.

You will work 3pm–6pm, Monday to Friday during term time, with INSET days as required, and collaborate with parents and staff to ensure high standards of care, health and safety while supporting children's wellbeing

Qualifications

• EYFS experience (advantageous)
• Wraparound care experience (advantageous)
• SEND support experience (advantageous)
• Staff supervision experience (advantageous)

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day running of the after-school club.
• Provide a safe, caring environment that supports children's wellbeing.
• Lead a varied programme of creative activities for pupils.
• Work closely with parents, carers and school staff.
• Ensure high standards of care, health and safety.
• Support safeguarding and child-protection processes as required.
