Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking an Onsite Representative for a part-time, 8-hour-per-week role at the Isle of Wight GKN site. The position focuses on maintaining inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a reliable supply flow to customers with an emphasis on accuracy and service.

Ideally you have 3–5 years in aerospace sales and inventory experience, with the ability to monitor stock levels, resolve issues, and support contractual reporting while representing the FDH brand to key customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and practices.
• General warehouse management and aerospace experience preferred.
• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and advise on optimal levels.
• Expedite and resolve shipping, delivery, or ordering issues.
• Receive material from distribution centers to fill customer bins.
• Monitor material quality for usable supply.
• Meet contractual reporting requirements with customers.
• Coordinate responses to ad-hoc data requests with departments.
• Represent the brand to assigned VMI customers.
• Maintain a safe, organized, clean work environment.
• Learn products and value-added services offered.
