FDH Aero is seeking an Onsite Representative for a part-time, 8-hour-per-week role at the Isle of Wight GKN site. The position focuses on maintaining inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a reliable supply flow to customers with an emphasis on accuracy and service.

Ideally you have 3–5 years in aerospace sales and inventory experience, with the ability to monitor stock levels, resolve issues, and support contractual reporting while representing the FDH brand to key customers.

We Are Looking For

*Please note this position is part-time-8 hours/week.

Our client is a leading global distributor of aerospace parts and materials to the OEM and Aftermarket segments. Our business is built on relationships with key suppliers and focused on providing exceptional customer service. The Onsite Representative will provide a seamless flow of material and ensure that inventory levels are maintained in accordance with contractual requirements. They will proactively triage issues that may arise daily an assume responsibility for resolution. This role will be based at the GKN site on the Isle of Wight.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Monitor inventory by reviewing plans and making recommendations to achieve customer directed inventory levels
• Expedite and resolve any shipping, delivering, or ordering issues that may impact inventory replenishment
• Receive material from distribution centers to fill customer bins to ensure continued customer supply
• Monitor quality of material to ensure that the supply available to the customer is conforming and immediately usable
• Ensure that contractual reporting requirements with the customers are met in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate response to customer's ad‑hoc requests including items such as requests for data, reports, and alternate sourcing; partnering with respective departments to ensure the requests are addressed adequately
• Represent the brand and maintain strong working relationships to all assigned VMI customers at the highest level
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment; identify and report unsafe equipment to prevent workplace injury
• Gain a knowledge and understanding of products and value‑added services provided by organization
• Performs other duties as assigned
