Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Farnborough is seeking a part-time HR People Partner to deliver end-to-end HR support for a dedicated customer group. The role is on-site three days a week (Mon, Fri, and one more day chosen by the candidate) with typical hours 08:00–16:15 and a 30-minute lunch break.

The successful candidate will have a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, HR experience, and CIPD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• HR experience.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with learning and leveraging new technology.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate the various HR disciplines to communicate effective solutions to customer situations.
• Own the execution of initiatives to deliver on the HR annual plan for the assigned customer group.
• Communicate dashboards and metrics, and design dashboards to meet customer needs.
• Develop employee engagement action plans in conjunction with customers.
• Manage the annual performance cycle for assigned customer areas.
• Respond to employee relations matters efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with COEs to support aligned initiatives and interventions.
