Zusammenfassung

StandardAero in Gosport is seeking a Warehouse/Supply Chain operative to manage stock, receipts, issue and despatch of components in a busy aviation environment. You will maintain ERP records, perform routine stock checks, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with aerospace standards.

The role requires experience in a similar environment, familiarity with MS Word/Excel, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting. Training on MJDI may be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an equivalent role.
• Experience in a similar industry.
• Ability and experience of handling aircraft parts or similar.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality procedures and documentation.
• ERP System experience.
• Working knowledge of a Supply Chain.

Aufgaben

• Work in designated area of Supply Chain in Warehousing, Stock Control, Goods In/Out and Stocktaking.
• Receipting material into stock in the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate tracking and recording systems.
• Issue and delivery of stock to planned locations.
• Pack and ship goods from Despatch in line with best practice.
• Ensure correct paperwork, identification and certification with goods.
• Carry out routine stocktaking and random checks.
• Comply with risk assessments and procedures for Dangerous Goods.
• Manage returns processing (Serviceable/Unserviceable).
• Maintain good housekeeping within area of responsibility.
• Ensure clear communication and escalation to Line Manager.
• Record data to maintain KPIs.
• Adhere to QMS/SMS/EMS and related manuals; work in warehouse with COP.
