Job summary

Holyport College is seeking a part-time Careers Adviser to provide one-to-one career education guidance (CEIAG) interviews and to drive the future direction of our Careers programme. The role is term-time only, with additional days to align with GCSE and A-Level results in August.

The post holder will have opportunities for professional growth and will be supported to achieve the Careers Development & Guidance L6 Diploma if not already held.

Qualifications

• Experience in CEIAG or willingness to develop in careers guidance.
• Ability to engage with students, parents and staff to support progression planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 CEIAG interviews and career education advice.
• Shape and drive the College's Careers programme and career guidance vision.
